How Do Custom Build Orders Work?

At this stage, I am sure you have scrolled endlessly through Pinterest or other resources to find inspiration for your event. You’ve fallen in love with something that is not traditionally available for rent or is so unique it is not seen every day. This is where we come in! With over 20 years of building experience no idea is too big.
Plan it.
Custom orders may need up to 6 weeks to be ready in time, so we need to get going asap! Fill out our Custom order form and be as specific as possible with your idea and include any reference photos if possible. We will set up a phone call to go over all the details of the project. We will come up with final mockups and get your approval. Please understand once building has started, we will not be able to accommodate large structural changes.
Payment.
Custom orders will include two quotes. We will build a quote based on purchasing, if this were something you would like to keep indefinitely and a rental quote so the item will be added to our inventory. The purchasing quote will include all labor, materials, and cost relating to building the item plus delivery. A rental quote will include the material cost and delivery.
